These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the livestream translation service operated by MJET Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and available at https://www.mjetlabs.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use the Service, you may need to create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service enables you to send a livestream (e.g., from OBS) to rtmp://live.mjetlabs.com/live using a stream key and to deliver that stream, optionally translated, to multiple destinations (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook). Translation features process your audio to generate streams in additional languages.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
“User Content” includes livestreams, thumbnails, metadata, and other materials you provide. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including generating translated audio/streams and delivering to your configured destinations).
You are responsible for your User Content and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms/policies of third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook). You represent that you have the rights necessary to stream and distribute the content you provide.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or risk harm to the Service or others.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook) and providers (e.g., Stripe). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, which you must accept and comply with. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or decisions affecting your content or accounts.
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may apply usage limits, fair-use thresholds, or rate limits to maintain stability.
Automated translation may contain errors or latency. You are responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, disclaiming the accuracy of translated audio or captions to your audience.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJET Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., User Content ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
